Liz McKendry Anderson has a M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Lesley College, MS.Ed. in Special Education from Binghamton University and holds certifications in Elementary Education and Special Education PreK-12. Authors Emmons and Anderson are both special education teachers, as well as moms of children with sensory integration difficulties, and it shows. Their insightful book offers excellent strategies for helping children with SI dysfunction, especially when it occurs concurrently with autism, Asperger's, ADHD or bi-polar disorder.
